In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TED Talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations.)

I designed and coordinated the printing of the programs for our 2015 event. Programs included the event schedule as well as photos and names of all of our speakers, performers, and team members. Click on the picture or heading to see the full program.
Our website was designed through Squarespace and all of the content was directly managed by myself or my co-organizer. We designed the flow of the site and continue to update it as the event changes and after each annual TEDxUniversityofTulsa occurs.
Our name tags were one of the coolest parts of the event and a great momento for attendees to take home. I designed them and then we used a laser cutter to cut them out of wood. The TEDx team and speakers had their names cut into the bottom and attendees each had a sticker label. In 2016 we used plexiglass with this same design.
